A soft magenta flower with silky pedals. Summer-blooming flowers, herbaceous flowering plants growing from bulbs.
Supply for this painting:
Canvas: 11″x 14”
Black ultra fine point Sharpie.
Easel (a simple table metal easel is fine).
Paper towel.
For Acrylics: Plastic/paper plate and glass.
For Oils: Refined Linseed Oil with Turpernoi. To clean the brushes Turpernoi. Glass container to mix media.
Pencil and eraser
Brushes: 1 #0 fine brush, 1 #2 and 1 #8 flat brushes, and 1 #2 round brush.
Colors:
- Titanium White
- Cadmium Yellow Light
- Cadmium Yellow Med
- Cadmium Red Light
- Yellow Ochre
- Sap Green or Hooker Green
- Deep Green
- Dioxazine Purple
- Deep Magenta
- Alizarin Crimson
- Burnt Sienna
This painting can be done in 2 medias, acrylics or oils.
