Still Life

Still Life paintings by artist Clina Polloni

Fruits and Vegetables. “When I was a little girl growing up in Santiago, Chile. My mother would go to the market, I could not wait for her to come home and bring the fresh vegetables and fruits. She would prepare a delicious dinner with peppers, garlic, onions and asparagus. For desert we would have apples, pears and persimmons. I would ask my mother. Please don’t cook them yet, let me paint them first. She would put the fresh fruits in a basket, vegetables in a plate, and I would seat on the table to paint”.

Clina’s paintings are for sale at her studio, The Renaissance Centre for The Arts in Wake Forest and The Franklin County Art Council, NC.

You can commission an oil painting from a photo or a place that you have been.
