Still Life paintings by artist Clina Polloni.
Fruits and Vegetables.
“When I was a little girl growing up in Santiago, Chile. My mother would go to the market, I could not wait for her to come home and bring the fresh vegetables and fruits. She would prepare a delicious dinner with peppers, garlic, onions and asparagus. For desert we would have apples, pears and persimmons. I would ask my mother. Please don’t cook them yet, let me paint them first. She would put the fresh fruits in a basket, vegetables in a plate, and I would seat on the table to paint”.
Clina’s paintings are for sale at her studio, The Cotton Company, The Makery and local business.
You can commission an oil painting from a photo or a place that you have been.
